I would really suggest that you purchase all of those things new. Because so many baby items have recalls these days and if you buy it used you will never know. Especially when you purchase something new, fill out the info card and mail it to the company, they will give you updates on recalls and products. This way they keep you informed with the products that you have. Especially car seats, you dont know if they have been in a car accident or not. That wouldn't be good. good luck and congrats!

i brought stroller when my son was 2 as he could only walk short distances.You can buy a decent stroller now that includes everything from sun hood to waterproof and it wont break the bank .

i'm almost 30 weeks along with my first. I'm fortunate enough to have generous family members and I'm able to afford to welcome our baby with new things. I don't think i would take or buy anything used unless I knew who it was coming from and how old it was. I didn't compare used prices, but I did do a lot of research and shopping around so that I was paying the best prices for what i wanted.

my eldest was in a stroller until about 2 and a half. We then got a double buggy. She stopped really going in a buggy at about 3, we then had to buy another new buggy for the youngest and got one of those buggy boards. She still got tired up until this age, so if I was in your shoes I would buy another one, but maybe not a too fancy and too expensive one.

i would per fer new stuff such as cribs ,clothes ,strollers ,and all other thing that the baby needs because somtimes used stuff can have very bad things on it from different things from other baby or familes like sickness colds and very dirty things . not to make you feeel bad but its your baby and how you want to let your baby live i hope you and your baby has the best of love and peace

You know stroller makers wouldnt say from 6 mos if they could be used from birth.
It probably doesnt recline FULLY-all flat-like a bed, or the straps are too big for a baby the size of a newborn. I dont know your stroller, but there is a reason why it is not said from birth. Is there a way you can put your carseat in it? With that you can solve the problem, keep the stroller and yet use it when the baby is old enough.
Usually jogger strollers arent meant for newborns, unless they have a specialty attachment for the baby to be in it.
I have a chariot jogger stroller that has a special attachment for newborns, maybe you can buy it extra?? Check online on your stroller’s brand website.

I would go for a budget umbrella folding stroller. My daughter is 20 months old and although she walks, she often falls asleep when we are out or there are times when she needs to be in a pushchair, such as when i am shopping at the market and cannot hold her hand and carry bags of food. I know i will still be using mine till she is at least 2 and a half. A few years ago I went shopping in my town centre. My son was about 2 and a half and i thought i didn't need a pushchair anymore. However he fell asleep as soon as we got there and i had loads of shopping to do so i ended up popping into Argos and picking up the cheapest stroller. It was well worth the money just for that one trip!

This is why registries are so great- you can ask for things specifically as you’d like them.

Diaper Genie (I hear getting a used one is nasty!)

things like carseats must be bought new but i borrowed a crib my son whose nine weeks only stayed in it for three weeks he muched preferred his cot so it was money well saved.Ive got a changing table but never use it but my son gets great enjoyment from his baby bath which was also gave to me by a friend so that would be a good investment.Dont buy to much ive already gave away two large bags of newborn clothes which baby didnt even get to where much.Instead of buying a baby bouncer i bought a swing which is great for getting my baby off to sleep when his cranky and i dont turn it on when his in good form
