25 weeks pregnant, just brought home a new stoller and my dog is FLIPPING out?
my dog is a very friendly non aggressive dog, though I havent seen him around children much. he is a miniature schnauzer, about 15lbs. well, today i brought home a new stroller and he was barking and growling obsessively toward the empty stoller which obviously made me very nervous. how can i acclimate him to the idea of having a stroller, and in the future a baby around? i would never put my childs life at risk, but at the same time this is such an even tempered dog who ive had for a very long time and would much rather work intesively with him before even thinking about rehoming him. any advice?
i understand that it IS a big foreign object, i asked a question however and that was how to get used to this big foreign object….
Please dont think this is stupid but just wheel the stroller around your yard with your dog on a leash. He will get used to the stroller and also learn to walk next to you while you take the baby for a walk also. It’s something new and big and frightening to him now but he will get used to it.
why can’t a newborn baby use my new stroller?
I got a three wheel jogger stroller as a Christmas gift. It rates high and seems lovely, but the minimum age requirement is 6 months. I’m due in April and plan on using the stroller as quickly as I can. Does anyone know why a newborn cannot be in this kind of stroller?? (and yes, it reclines, I checked

I’ve been looking for different options but I’m not sure if any is for new borns or baby less than 6 mo. So I would like to have some advice about if strollers ar recomended for such young babies.
